Rental Program

Any kit in our SEAMLESS catalog is available for rental. This includes our 10'
SEAMLESS booths, 20' SEAMLESS booths and SEAMLESS Islands.
We will also rent custom SEAMLESS designs using our standard components.

We also have available several pop up kits to rent.

COLORS

Black or silver Ribbed Fabric

ACCESSORIES

Lights:	75 Watt Spotlights and 200 Watt Halogens
Cases:	Molded Cases with wheels and Tub Cases
Headers:	Headers available mounted on milk plexi with surface mounted Loop tape. Graphics should be produced on Lexan and attached with Hook Tape.
Counters:	All tops available in black laminate.

QUOTATIONS

Custom designs are available. Please send us design for
custom quotation.

ORDERS

Rental agreement must be signed and received prior to shipping. Rentals must be paid in advance by cash, check or credit card.

CUSTOM ITEMS

Custom items will be quoted on an individual basis. Custom items will be billed as a regular order.

GRAPHICS

We can produce graphics and ship them with the rental items. Graphics will be billed as a regular order.

DAMAGE

Renter shall bear the risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the rental items for the entire period from shipment by Panelglide until return to Panelglide, including the time the shipment is in transit. Damage will be billed at list less rental price.

FREIGHT

Freight on outbound shipments will be added to your invoice. All return shipments must be prepaid.

LATE CHARGES

Rentals not returned within 30 days will be subject to a daily rate charge of 5% of the total initial rental price.

SET UP & TAKE
DOWN FEES

Set up and take down services are not included in the rental price. These services are available at an additional cost. Please call for a quote. DRAYAGE CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
